About This Spot

Stepping into The Kitchen at Commons Club feels like settling into a quietly unassuming corner of Las Vegas, where the pace softens just enough to savor the simpler pleasures of a meal. Nestled inside Virgin Hotels on Paradise Road, this American restaurant quietly hums with the ease of a spot designed for both travelers and locals who appreciate familiar flavors served with thoughtful care.

The atmosphere here strikes a balance—it's not rushing, but there's a gentle momentum that mirrors the day’s unfolding, from early breakfasts to late-night bites. The space is clean and comfortable, a refuge within the hotel where you can watch the city wake or unwind without the usual din of more hectic Vegas venues. Service tends toward friendly, if occasionally measured, lending a sense of patience that feels right for starting the day or slowing down after hours.

Menus at The Kitchen at Commons Club invite moments of quiet discovery rather than spectacle. Whether it’s the careful craft behind a freshly made omelet at the live station or the warmth wrapped in a classic chicken and waffles, each dish feels like a glimpse into approachable American fare—a nod to diner classics with gentle twists. The coffee walks a fine line between comfort and craft, making it a dependable companion to morning conversations or solo moments. There’s a welcoming honesty here; the food arrives fresh and satisfying without clamoring for attention.

While the buffet may be modest in scope, its offerings are thoughtful and well-executed, underscoring the place’s subtle attention to quality over quantity. The evening crowds find a cozy nook in familiar sandwiches or a well-poured glass of wine, where lingering feels natural rather than forced. This isn’t a restaurant chasing headlines, but rather one quietly marking time as a reliable, steady presence amid the lively energy of Las Vegas.

For those staying in the hotel or wandering nearby, The Kitchen at Commons Club provides a gentle pause—an understated American eatery that welcomes you with the ease of a shared meal among friends, the kind of place where flavor and warmth quietly come together without pretense.

Very convenient for those staying in the hotel. About $27 for the breakfast buffet per person, which isn't bad for a Vegas buffet. However, the selection is very small. There's yogurt, oatmeal, omelet station, fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, and toast. I've seen bigger spreads at theme park hotels in California. The food they had was very tasty and fresh though, which you don't always see in buffets. I'm a simple breakfast person so I was content with the offerings, but if you are expecting lots of options, go somewhere else.

The staff here has been awesome our entire trip. EDC provides vouchers while we're here and admittedly The Kitchen is our only real option but the burgers are mint. Over the past few days we've tried almost the entire menu. All good.

Tasty late night dinner for us & breakfast time for them Definitely a must if you are craving diner food but don’t want to smell! Clean, food came out hot, and right in the hotel lobby! Service was a bit slow, however we expected that because it was early morning!

Tried the breakfast burrito, very dry and a small portion for something thats over $20. Would come back for the unlimited mimosas. That was really good

Inside the Virgin Hotels. Open from 6 AM - 12 PM. Offers American breakfast with live counter omelettes. It costs $23.95 for a buffet before tax and fee. No large selection of vegetarian options.

This was not only the best deal in Vegas at $20 for a perfect little breakfast Buffett. The chefs made to order omelets with just 2 pans going were superb!
